YALSA names 2015 Teens’ Top Ten nominees

The Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) announced the nominees for its annual Teens’ Top Ten list.

This year’s nominees include Adi Alsaid‘s Let’s Get Lost, Bree Despain’s Into the Dark: The Shadow Prince, Jenny Han’s To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, Marie Lu’s The Young Elites, Marie Rutkoski‘s The Winner’s Curse, Andrew Smith‘s Grasshopper Jungle, Josh Sundquist’s memoir We Should Hang Out Sometime and Robin Talley‘s Lies We Tell Ourselves. The full list was announced in video form and can be seen on the YALSA website.

Notable is Despain’s Into the Dark: The Shadow Prince, which was published by Egmont USA and became part of the #LastListEgmont campaign.

The Teens’ Top Ten list is nominated and voted on by teens. Voting begins on August 15th; winners will be announced after Teen Read Week. Titles on the 2014 list included Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell and Earth Girl by Janet Edwards.
