Tahereh Mafi and Veronica Roth to tour Canada

HarperCollins Canada announced that dystopian young adult authors Tahereh Mafi (Shatter Me) and Veronica Roth (Divergent) will tour Canada this October.

Mafi is the author of the Shatter Me series. 17-year-old Juliette, whose touch is lethal, is thrown into a cell by the Reestablishment. When the Reestablishment changes its mind, Juliette has to make a choice: to be a weapon or be a warrior.

In Roth’s best-selling Divergent trilogy, society is divided into five factions. On an appointed day, all sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. For Tris, the decision is between staying with her family and being who she really is.

Mafi and Roth’s tour schedule can be seen below, and is subject to change:

  • October 14 at 7 p.m. – Chapters Queensway (Toronto, ON)
  • October 15 at 7 p.m. – Chapters Oshawa (Oshawa, ON)
