Marissa Meyer hosts creative contest for CRESS ARCs

cress marissa meyerMarissa Meyer, author of the Lunar Chronicles series, is hosting a contest to showcase her fans’ creativity.  For the chance to win an advanced reading copy of Cress, the third book in the Lunar Chronicles series, Meyer is asking her fans to design the ‘Lunar Insignia’, a symbol representing the fictional country of Luna.

According to Meyer, the “Lunar insignia is used on political documentation, is painted on royal spacecrafts, appears on the doors to the queen’s throne room, and other neat official things like that.”

This comes off the heels of last year’s Flag Design contest, where Meyer asked fans to design a flag representing one of the Lunar countries.

The contest is open worldwide and closes on November 3.  For more information and contest rules, visit Meyer’s website.
