LET IT SNOW movie adaptation lands director


let it snow john green lauren myracle maureen johnsonLuke Snellin will direct the Let It Snow movie, based on the novel by Maureen Johnson, Lauren Myracle and John Green, according to Variety. Snellin is an up-and-coming filmmaker whose previous directing work includes episodes of “My Mad Fat Diary.”

Universal optioned the rights in 2014. The short story anthology follows three interrelated short stories that all take place at Christmastime. Kay Cameron drafted the initial screenplay, with Scott Neustadter and Michael Weber of “The Fault In Our Stars” revising it.
