to all the boys i've loved before coverLana Condor will star as Lara Jean Covey in the upcoming adaptation of Jenny Han’s To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before follows Lara Jean, a junior in high school who is happier to stay home Friday nights baking and spending time with her family. But her junior year gets thrown into disarray when a box of secret love letters to all the boys she’s had feelings for accidentally get sent out.

The announcement of Condor as Lara Jean excited many YA fans, as well as Han, who shared a love letter to the film and the fans on Twitter.

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before didn’t stop at casting Condor. Janel Parrish of “Pretty Little Liars” and Anna Cathcart of “Descendants 2” and “Odd Squad” are set to play Margot and Kitty, Lara Jean’s sisters. Noah Centineo of “The Fosters” is signed on to play Peter Kavinsky. John Corbett is set to play the Song girls’ dad.

Both Condor and Han shared an overwhelmingly adorable photo of Lara Jean and Peter K that I, for one, cannot get over. (It’s so cute that it’s the feature image of this article.)

The film began production earlier this month in Vancouver. To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before is available now.
