Kids Author Carnival announces inaugural lineup

The Kids Author Carnival, inspired by the Teen Author Carnival, has announced its inaugural lineup for 2014. The lineup includes kidlit, middle grade and young adult authors across all genres.

The lineup includes the following authors and is subject to change:

  • Tommy Greenwald (Charlie Joe Jackson)
  • Christopher Healy (The Hero’s Guide to Saving Your Kingdom)

  • Claire LeGrand (The Cavendish Home for Boys and Girls)

Founded by authors Claire LeGrand, Lauren Magaziner and Heidi Schulz, the Kids Author Carnival is a “unique event, catered heavily toward actual middle grade-aged readers.” It will feature Q&A panels, interactive authors stations, games and writing exercises.
