Rights sold for Jenna Fox Chronicles movie


adoration of jenna fox chronicles mary e pearsonDolphin Films, an imprint of Dolphin Entertainment, bought rights to Mary E. Pearson’s Jenna Fox Chronicles trilogy.

In The Adoration of Jenna Fox, Jenna wakes up from a coma in a near-future America and is told she’s recovering from an accident – but she can’t remember her life, outside of flashes of memories, or if the name Jenna is really hers. It won the Kirkus Best Young Adult Book prize in 2008.

According to Deadline, Dolphin Films bought Garry Williams’ screenplay adaptation of The Adoration of Jenna Fox, the first in the series, when buying the rights. It will be produced by Bill O’Dowd and Julia Pistor.
