Inaugural Chicago Young Adult Book Fest to run on May 9th


an ember in the ashes sabaa tahirThe first annual Chicago Young Adult Book Fest will run on May 9th at The Book Cellar.

Beginning at 10 a.m., readers will be invited to participate in panels with over a dozen authors. Authors participating include Brandy Colbert (Pointe), Christa Desir (Fault Line), Rachel Dewoskin (Blind), Aaron Hartzler (Rapture Practice), Todd Hasak-Lowy (Me Being Me is Exactly as Insane as You Being You), James Klise (The Art of Secrets), Carrie Mesrobian (Perfectly Good White Boy), Adam Selzer (Play Me Backwards) and Sabaa Tahir (An Ember in the Ashes).

A reception and book signing will follow.
