Hudson Valley YA Society to host Robin Wasserman & Holly Black

Young adult authors Robin Wasserman (The Cold Awakening) and Holly Black (The Curse Workers) will be speaking and signing at Oblong Books in New York on Sunday 1st December.  Wasserman and Black will be discussing and signing copies of their latest young adult novels.

Wasserman’s The Waking Dark is a chilling new thriller set in a sleepy town in Kansas where an unspeakable horror occurs.  As the town begins its descent into blood and madness, five survivors are the only ones who can stop their neighbours from destroying themselves.

Black’s new paranormal horror The Coldest Girl in Coldtown is set in a world where walled cities called Coldtowns exist. In them, quarantined monsters and humans mingle in a decadently bloody mix of predator and prey. The only problem is, once you pass through Coldtown’s gates, you can never leave.

RSVP is required for this event.  Visit the Oblong Books website to find out more.
