Eliot Screfer, Theo Lawrence, and Tiffany Schmidt to appear at Red Hook Literary Festival

Authors Eliot Schrefer (Threatened), Theo Lawrence (Toxic Heart), and Tiffany Schmidt (Bright Before Sunrise) will appear at Red Hook Public Library in Red Hook, NY on April 12th at 2 p.m.

The event is part of the Read Local! Red Hook Literary Festival which celebrates local authors near Red Hook, NY.

Eliot Schrefer will talk about his newest novel Threatened, which tells the story of a boy running from his present situation, a man running from his past, and a group of three chimpanzees trying to just stay put.

Theo Lawrence will be at the event to talk about Toxic Heart, the second book in his Mystic City trilogy. The trilogy pits the elite ruling class of Mystic City against the magic-wielding mystics, and follows the story of Aria and her boyfriend, the mystic Hunter.

Tiffany Schmidt will be on hand to talk about her novel Bright Before Sunlight. The book tells the story of a boy Jonah who struggles to fit in after he’s forced to move to a new town in the middle of senior year.
