Bisexual Books announces YA Bisexual Book Award finalists

Bisexual Books announced its finalists for the Third Annual Bisexual Book Awards. The nominees for best YA Bisexual Books are Frenemy of the People by Nora Olsen and Otherbound by Corinne Duyvis.

In Nora Olsen’s Frenemy of the People, preppy Clarissa announces that she’s bisexual and starts a Gay-Straight alliance, which annoys Lexie, the only out lesbian at the school. In Corinne Duyvis’ Otherbound, Nolan is transported into Amara’s mind and into her fantasy world every time he closes his eyes, which makes a normal life impossible. But all they want is to be free of each other.

Bisexual Books is a website that focuses on bisexual characters in literature and is run by a collection of librarians and scholars. For more, visit their website.
